Trailname is Fireweed.
Howdy: I have about 10,000 miles of long distance hiking under my belt (including the PCT) and am interested in remote and little known trails. I am on the board of the Bigfoot Trail Alliance--a 500 mile trail dedicated to the discovery of the 32 endemic conifers of the Klamath-Siskiyou Bioregion. I would like to see intentional hiking--being aware of the plants, animals and natural processes incorporated more into the hiking experience.
Helllooo!! My first thru hike was the PCT in '09. When I got to Manning Park I wasn't ready for it to end. And that's why I'm here...all I really want to do is hike. Or talk about hiking. Or plan my next hike. And I'm with Drop-N-Roll -- I love routes!!

Hi! I'm Drop-N-Roll. I hiked the PCT in 2011 and fell down the thru-hiking rabbit hole! I'm based in the PNW and try to get out every weekend in the summer backpacking or mountaineering. I love talking all things thru-hiking and these days am partial to the challenge of routes over well established trails.
I'm She-ra and my hiking journey started in 2002 with a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. I had no idea what I was doing at the time, but I continued to hike and now it's all I want to do.
Welcome everyone!
